Mapleglen Residences is an LEED Certified, four-storey, 82,400 square foot building that will accommodate 84 units in total, 5 of which will be accessible. This includes 69 one-bedroom units and 15 two-bedroom units.
This residence is ideal for senior persons, as it is located on the southeast corner of Major Mackenzie Drive and Keele Street, just moments away from shopping and recreational centres. Construction of the building commenced in January 2010, and was completed in 2011.
